iPad Air 4 & 5 repair in Culver City.
The Air 4 was the model that brought the Pro design down to the mid-range: flat edges, USB-C, Touch ID moved into the power button, and a fully laminated display. The Air 5 looks identical from outside and takes the same repair, which is why they share a price here.
iPad Air 4 & 5 repair prices
Prices for this model specifically, not a starting figure from a cheaper iPad. Excludes CA sales tax; final price confirmed after a free in-store diagnostic.
What usually goes wrong on this one
Touch ID sits in the power button on the top edge, and that button is paired to your individual iPad — it cannot be swapped in from another unit without losing the fingerprint sensor entirely. Any work near the top edge has to preserve the original part, and that is what makes this model more delicate than its price suggests.
Not sure that's your iPad?
A 10.9-inch flat-edged iPad with no Home button, USB-C at the bottom, and Touch ID built into the power button on the top edge.
iPad Air 4 & 5 questions
Yes, provided your original power button assembly is kept — it is paired to this iPad and cannot be substituted from another one. We transfer it rather than replace it.
Usually one to two days. Same-day is possible for an added rush fee if you need it back quickly.
