iPad mini 6 & 7 repair in Culver City.
The mini is the smallest iPad with a laminated display, and the only one where the screen repair costs more than a full-size standard iPad — 8.3 inches of bonded glass and panel packed into a very tight assembly. The Apple Pencil attaches magnetically along the long edge rather than plugging in.
iPad mini 6 & 7 repair prices
Prices for this model specifically, not a starting figure from a cheaper iPad. Excludes CA sales tax; final price confirmed after a free in-store diagnostic.
What usually goes wrong on this one
Minis travel in coat pockets and loose in bags rather than cases, so corner impacts are the usual story, and a corner hit spreads a crack across the bonded panel. Because the display is laminated, the whole assembly is replaced.
Not sure that's your iPad?
An 8.3-inch iPad with flat edges, no Home button, USB-C at the bottom, and a magnetic strip along the long edge where the Apple Pencil sits. Touch ID is in the top power button.
iPad mini 6 & 7 questions
Probably not. Some people notice a slight lean in text while scrolling on the mini 6, and Apple has described it as normal behaviour for this type of panel rather than a defect. We will check it free if you want certainty.
The mini uses a laminated display in a dense assembly. The cheaper full-size iPads are not laminated, so only the glass layer gets replaced there.
